Sagely Naturals Review

Sagely Naturals Review

Everyone and their mom, maybe even your mom, is talking about the many variations of CBD oil; the latest and greatest cure all for your ails. Pour a few drops into your drink of choice and sip to feel relaxed but not high, sorry stoners. Rub some on your body and your sore spots are relieved. Eventually these voices grew to a fever pitch and I needed to try it out for multiple reasons.

I am already subscribed to Sagely Naturals emails after entering a contest so I ordered from them. No shade to other companies. They were also running a promo for Black Friday and the deal was too good to pass up coupled with the fact these purchases were gifts. I wanted to try it out for selfish reasons; who doesn’t want something to soothe achy muscles and relax you simultaneously? If you didn’t raise your hand you aren’t human. Please leave robot.

The less selfish reason is my husband has chronic muscle pain issues and doesn’t like to use pills for pain relief. I figured he might try the Relief & Recovery Cream from Sagely Naturals since he loves lotions and potions so much. He doesn’t but I figured he would make an exception for me and the chance to leave his aches and pains behind.

I got the Relief & Recovery Cream and Relief & Recovery Headache Roll-On because he also periodically gets migraines and I figured he would try anything to make them go away since they are pretty debilitating. These are some of his Christmas presents but I already gave him the cream early to test out. Hi J!

As a good guinea pig, I test the Relief & Recovery Cream out on myself first because science and my shoulders get achy after staring at a computer screen all day without perfect posture. I rubbed the cream on after showering on my shoulders and lower back; the only two places that perpetually plague me, nothing debilitating more annoying. Usually some stretching and yoga relieves and calms them.

I felt the tingle of the menthol immediately and my muscles relaxed minutes later. It worked! I was so glad to prove this variation of CBD oil worked. I’m not sure how long the effects are supposed to last but for me it felt like 12 hours at the least. I didn’t notice my shoulders getting tight the next day at work or my lower back starting to ache. I thought this would definitely help my husband with his chronic pain since it worked on my minor aches and pains. It also helped ease my random muscle soreness I get the week before my period.

A word to people with sensitive noses, the Relief & Recovery Cream smells very minty. So minty I could smell it through the box on the floor next to my bed. This didn't deter me from trying it but is something to consider. I have a sister who detests mint so she would need to try another cream formulation.

I fell asleep a little easier that first night. I’m not sure if it was because of the CBD oil or just general exhaustion. It did make me feel relaxed but far from knocking me out; just a calm wave of relaxation. Add me to the list of evangelical CBD enthusiasts like Busy Phillips and other social media personalities and experts. If you want a muscle pain relief alternative and some relaxation thrown in, CBD oil is it.
