Styling the Spring Box of Style
I used to think subscription boxes were useless. Mostly because I'm a control freak who doesn't like the idea of someone else picking out something for me that I don't like. Thankfully that hasn't happened yet with the Rachel Zoe Box of Style. They tell you what you are getting in advance so that is a plus. This spring box might be my favorite yet. Every season I think the last box I received is the best. One of my no questions asked favorites from this box is the palm leaf print duster. Next week I'll get into the accessories with my favorite being a very celestial necklace.
Palm Print Duster from Rachel Zoe Collection in the Spring Box of Style
I love layering but the window to layer in the spring in Texas is pretty small. So I'm taking advantage when the weather is nice and sunny, but not too hot, to wear the palm leaf print duster from Rachel Zoe on repeat.
Elevate a Classic Combination
I love a good jean and tee combination especially made from sustainable brands. The only problem is depending on the season my wardrobe is usually lacking color. Enter this versatile duster which was made to layer. Adding this on top to my usual jeans and tee combination makes it look like it took longer than 10 seconds to come up with this outfit. I've also taken my Everlane slides out of the back of my closet to flaunt the comfiest sandals that go with everything.
I live to lounge. My favorite weekends involve me padding around the house with no plans doing whatever I want all day long which is usually a mix of productivity and watching Netflix. Depending on the weather and my mood I like to lounge in pretty, delicate items nobody else will see except for me and my husband. Since it isn't hot enough to roam around the house naked I'm doing the next best thing in my little ivory Free People slip paired with the palm leaf duster. This will also work great come summer time as a swimsuit cover up. This duster was made for spinning as you can see I could barely stand still to snap a photo. Since spring is here I have to, finally, get a haircut and let it twirl around with my duster picking up the breeze whereever we go.
