My Design Aesthetic is Surreal

Since delving into Photoshop again after years away I’ve slowly refined and defined my style. It’s hard to describe so I usually find showing, rather than telling, helpful. Scrolling through my blog posts should give you an idea. I enjoy mixing and matching textures, colors, faces and people. They usually skew more surreal than realistic. Sometimes they say nothing and other times the message is loud and clear.

I enjoy creating designs just for fun. I’ve tried to pick my favorites to upload to Society6 so if any intrigue you let me know or check out my shop if you like. When I created some album artwork for an Adobe contest it seemed really easy and fun. Mostly because I didn’t change my design aesthetic for it. Below are some of my mostly new favorites with the type of music I think they would be paired with. Enjoy!
